I grant Devin Abernathy & Company Photography irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, edit, distribute and display these images without farther consent or compensation.

I understand I will not receive payment, royalties or other compensation for the use of these images.

Release Of Liability

I release and discharge Devin Abernathy & Company Photography from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the use of these photographs, including claims related to privacy, publicity or copyright.

Minor Child Release

If signing on behalf of a minor child I certify that I am the parent/guardian and have the authority to grant this permission.

Agreement
